What it actually does

How to use it without hurting them
1. Let them sniff it switched off. Reward. Do nothing else on day one.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it on my cat?
Yes. The tip is narrow and the LED makes small mouths far easier to work in. Use the Soft setting, keep sessions to a few teeth, and go when your cat is already relaxed rather than trying to hold them still. The same kit covers your dog too.
The tips are metal. Is that safe?
They're surgical stainless steel, and they're safe when used the way we describe: light contact, tooth surface only, never the gumline, never held in one spot. Used carelessly on a struggling animal, any dental tool can cause a scratch or a sore gum. That's why the First Clean Guide is in the box.
Does this mean I can skip the vet?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Roughly two-thirds of a tooth sits below the gumline where no home device can reach, and only a vet under anaesthesia can examine, x-ray and treat that. This tool handles the visible surfaces between appointments. Anyone selling you a wand as a replacement for veterinary dentistry is selling you a story.
My pet already has thick brown tartar. Will this shift it?
Not properly, and you shouldn't try. Hardened calculus is bonded to the tooth and removing it takes professional instruments on a sedated animal. Attacking it at home risks fracturing it off in chunks, damaging enamel, and leaving the diseased pocket underneath untouched. Book the clean. Then use this to protect what you paid for.
How often should I use it?
Every two to four weeks is plenty for most pets. This isn't a daily tool. If you want daily care, a soft toothbrush and pet-safe toothpaste is the gold standard and this sits alongside it, not instead of it.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email support@sonicpaws.shop with a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you straight away. You don't need to post anything back to us.
What if I change my mind?
Unopened kits can be sent back within 30 days for a full refund — return postage is covered by the customer. Because this is an oral hygiene device, once a kit has been used we can only refund it if it's faulty. If you're unsure whether it's right for your pet, read the section above before ordering.
