Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item.

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your kit arrives damaged, faulty, or not working as described, email support@sonicpaws.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item to us.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, unopened kits in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Used items

The SonicGlow Dental Wand is an oral hygiene device. For health and safety reasons, once a kit has been opened and used, we can only offer a refund or replacement if the item is faulty.

Statutory rights

If you are ordering from the UK or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, regardless of the conditions above. To exercise this right, email support@sonicpaws.shop. Return shipping for cancellations is paid by the customer, and items must be returned in a condition that allows resale where the nature of the product permits.

How to start a return

Email support@sonicpaws.shop with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 2 business days and will confirm the return address before you send anything back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to display the funds.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used dental units, except where faulty. Items returned after 30 days.
